According to the web site, it is explained as "A Portal Site of Materials Science Simulation for Computational Materials Science Researchers, Theoreticians, Experimentalists, and Computer Scientists". This site introduces packages developed by materials scientists in the world. This site was developed to let researchers find appropriate packages out of the large number of packages.
About ISSP supercomputer center (Pamphlet)
A copy of the pamphlet is shown here with some English comments for the benefit of this English course. It is recognized in the scientists community that the computational materials science has so far enjoyed benefit from the rapidly increasing computer speed, but is facing with increasing complexity in developing a code because of complexity of the recent computer architecture. In this context, much effort has been made in educating advanced computational techniques to students and young scientists.
